Azerbaycan’ın başkenti Bakü’de gerçekleştirilen Türkiye-Azerbaycan İş Forumu kapsamında iki ülke arasında “Sınai Mülkiyet Haklarının Korunmasına İlişkin Mutabakat Zaptı” imzalandı.Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı Sayın Fuat Oktay ve Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Başbakanı Sayın Ali Esedov’un açılışını yaptığı Türkiye-Azerbaycan İş Forumu, iki ülkenin özel sektör iş insanlarını bir araya getirdi.
İş Forumu kapsamında, Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu (TÜRKPATENT) ile Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti Fikri Mülkiyet Ajansı (COPAT) arasında “Sınai Mülkiyetin Korunması Hakkında Mutabakat Zaptı” TÜRKPATENT Başkanı Cemil Başpınar ve COPAT Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sanan Tapdigov tarafından imzalandı.
İmzalanan Mutabakat Zaptı, iki ülke arasında ekonomik, bilimsel ve teknolojik iş birliğinin yanı sıra her iki ülkede fikri mülkiyet haklarının korunması ve uygulanmasının geliştirilmesini amaçlıyor.
Mutabakat Zaptının imzalanmasıyla yürürlüğe giren Eylem Planı kapsamında iki Kurum 2023 yılı sonuna kadar fikri mülkiyet haklarıyla ilgili 8 farklı eylemi hayata geçirecek.
