Adalet Bakanlığından: ADALET BAKANLIĞI MEMUR SINAV, ATAMA VE NAKİL YÖNETMELİĞİNDE DEĞİŞİKLİK YAPILMASINA DAİR YÖNETMELİK
MADDE 1 – 10/7/2003 tarihli ve 25164 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Adalet Bakanlığı Memur Sınav, Atama ve Nakil Yönetmeliğinin 14 üncü maddesinin birinci fıkrasına “şoför” ibaresinden sonra gelmek üzere, ikinci fıkrasına ise “mübaşir” ibaresinden sonra gelmek üzere, “,infaz ve koruma memuru” ibaresi eklenmiş ve aynı maddenin dördüncü fıkrasında yer alan “beş” ibaresi “on” şeklinde değiştirilmiştir.
MADDE 2 – Bu Yönetmelik yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.
MADDE 3 – Bu Yönetmelik hükümlerini Adalet Bakanı yürütür.
